Now, for the first time, Y-3 and the Japan Football Association (JFA) have come together to unveil a collaborative collection that spans both an On-Pitch offer and Culturewear.
A true unification of kindred spirits.

An ode to the eternal cultural pull of football, the collaborative collection is a milestone moment for the Y-3 label. Telling a story of the national team’s enduring dynamism, hand painted flame graphics, created in house at Yohji Yamamoto, act as consistent motifs throughout the collection, representing the Japanese symbol for mystic power and strength.

Y-3 and the Japanese Football Association have collaborated to create unique culturewear styles to match the on-pitch uniforms worn by JFA during the world's most iconic athletic event. The Y-3 JFA Long Sleeve Tee references an archival jersey — with the collar, rib cuffs and sublimated flame artwork all a direct nod to the vintage piece. It features a JFA crest heat transfer, a Y-3 logo and woven label placements taken from traditional player jersey guidelines.

The model is 187cm tall, weights 76kg and wears size M. Fit is relaxed.
