ADIDAS SPZL RETURNS FOR AUTUMN/WINTER 2024 WITH ITS SPZL F.C. COLLECTION
adidas SPZL and football: a link up like no other. Continuing the adidas SPZL 10th Anniversary celebrations, Gary Aspden and the Three Stripes return this season to present SPZL F.C. – a new concept within adidas SPZL that celebrates the culture of the beautiful game by bridging the worlds of lifestyle and sport.
SPZL F.C. is a capsule collection of apparel and footwear brought to life by a carefully crafted campaign which stars one of the sport’s most revered figures, Jürgen Klopp. Shot by iconic photographer Kevin Cummins alongside the team at &SON it tells a story of grassroots sport. The poignant visuals are an ode to football in its purest form with Jürgen talking about his inspirations and love of the game and the brand.
The collection itself features a selection of carefully considered pieces, crafted with elevated materials and featuring the label’s signature details. A sleek grey track top is paired with a matching pair of track bottoms, while two soft cotton items – a long sleeve polo and a crewneck – offer versatile options. Each piece then comes replete with SPZL F.C. branding.
To accompany the apparel line, the collection includes the Lothertex SPZL trainer. These classic low profile, three stripe shoes are built with an adi-Tex membrane to make them weather resistant for winter away days. They come in a grey/charcoal/white colourway that compliments the apparel collection.
